How does Colmore handle my privacy?
Can I request the price of a specific item?
Our registered clients can view a large part of the range online at www.colmorecollections.com. Is the product you are looking for not online? Please contact the Sales department by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I complain about articles?
You can do this at the reception in our Cash & Carry in Venlo. When making a complaint, take the following into account:
- Complaint within 5 working days after purchase.
- No complaints can be made on discounted items.
- Glass must be checked immediately at the till, later complaints will not be processed.
How can I request a copy invoice?
You can request a copy invoice by sending an email to email@example.com, stating your customer number, the date of purchase and the item. You can also request a copy invoice at the reception at the location.
Where can I check whether an item is in stock?
You can view a large part of the range online at www.colmorecollections.com (registerd colmore Clients only), where you will also find the current (online) price and stock information. Is the product you are looking for not online? Please contact our Sales department.
What is the access policy?
Colmore gives access to the pass holder with a maximum of one guest. The minimum age for access to our Cash & Carry is 18 years old. Children under 18 and pets are not allowed. For more information, please refer to our house rules.

How do I become a customer at Colmore?
Colmore only supplies to professionals such as retailers in home furnishings, hotel industry & gastronomy.
What are the opening hours?
Our Cash & Carry is open for you 7 days a week. View the overview of our opening hours on our website at the item opening hours
Where can I find the nearest branch?
You will find our Cash & Carry at Floralaan 25, 5928 RD in Venlo. You can also visit our booth in the Trends & Trade purchasing centers in Venlo and TiCa in Aalsmaar. All locations are easily accessible and there is ample parking space.

How do I notify a change of address?
Do you want to change your (invoice) address? Please notify us of the change of address by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, in the branch at the reception or by letter to:
Colmore, Floralaan 25, 5928 RD Venlo.
Do not forget to enclose a copy of your new Chamber of Commerce extract.
How can I change purchasing representative (s)?
You notify the change in writing, signed by the decision-making authority listed on the extract from the Chamber of Commerce. You send this to:

How can I authorize someone to make purchases on my behalf?
You can specify two persons who are authorized to purchase for each registered company. You can authorize someone else a maximum of two times per calendar year to do your shopping at Colmore. We request that you provide the authorized representative with a letter stating the following information:
- Name of the authorized representative
- Visit date
The Delegate will gain access to Colmore upon presentation of:
- Authorization form or letter
- Your Colmore pass
What should I do if I lose my Colmore client card?
Report the loss of your Colmore customer card via the contact form, at the reception at the location or in writing:

Can I make purchases with an access pass from another purchasing center (eg Trends & Trade)?
No, you can only make purchases in our Cash & Carry with a Colmore loyalty card.
Can I receive the newsletter?
Colmore sends out a digital newsletter with up-to-date information and announcements of promotions every week. You can register for the newsletter by indicating this on the registration form. If you want to unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can do this via the link at the bottom of the newsletter.
